Tower Type Stationary Melting Furnace

Furnteck Engineers proudly manufactures the Direct Baleout Type Tower Melting Furnace, designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern aluminum foundry operations. Our furnaces combine innovative technology with energy efficiency, ensuring optimal performance for high-pressure die casting (HPDC) shops and diecasting units handling various alloys.

Industries That Use It

The Direct Baleout Type Tower Melting Furnace is widely utilized in industries such as aluminum production, automotive manufacturing, and foundries focused on die casting. These sectors require efficient melting and holding solutions to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

How It Works?

The Direct Baleout Type Tower Melting Furnace operates by simultaneously melting and holding metal within a single furnace. Its twin chamber design enhances efficiency and flexibility, allowing for direct metal tapping. The furnace is equipped with an automatic charger for loading and features temperature control within ±50°C to minimize metal rejection. This continuous production setup significantly boosts machine productivity while ensuring ease of cleaning due to the absence of blind corners in the refractory lining.
