How It Works?

The Reverberatory Furnace operates by reflecting heat from the combustion chamber onto the metal charge, allowing for efficient melting. It features a robust steel construction, with a wide main door for easy loading and cleaning. The tilting mechanism, powered by hydraulic cylinders, facilitates the pouring of molten metal while minimizing contamination and ensuring thorough metal removal for alloy changes. The furnace's design also includes state-of-the-art refractory linings that enhance durability and reduce heat loss.
