Tower Type Stationary Melting Furnace

Furnteck Engineers proudly manufactures the Central Melting Furnace with Dry Hearth, specifically designed for high-pressure die casting (HPDC) shops. Known for its energy efficiency and innovative design, this furnace provides continuous melting capabilities, ensuring optimal productivity and minimal metal loss.

Industries That Use It

The Central Melting Furnace is primarily used in the aluminium foundry industry, particularly in high-pressure die casting operations. It is ideal for manufacturers producing aluminium components for automotive, aerospace, and various industrial applications. Other industries that may benefit from this technology include recycling facilities and any operation requiring efficient aluminium melting and holding processes.

How It Works?

The Central Melting Furnace operates by using burner flue technology to melt solid aluminium. This design increases furnace efficiency and reduces melting losses. The furnace allows for both melting and holding processes to occur in a single chamber, optimizing the workflow. With a reverse flow pattern of flue gases, the furnace ensures higher retention of heat and lower fuel consumption. Metal tapping can be done through a hydraulic tilting mechanism or a stationary setup, allowing for flexibility and ease of operation.
